“Ma” Williams started her business in 1969 by selling used homes and 40 years later we are still offering the best and most affordable used mobile homes in the market!  The need now for quality affordable used homes is greater than ever, and “Ma” will continue to offer our customers these homes!

Due to the longevity of our business, we have many different contacts that provide us with both used mobile and manufactured homes. When park dealers that help customers with replacement of their existing homes need to remove the old units, they call “Ma.”  Many people in the communities we work in also know that we are in the used homes business.  We have so many sources that we can afford to accept only the nicest used homes to offer our customers.  In other words…we don’t take or sell the junk!

While mobile homes and manufactured homes benefit from many of the same regulations and escrow laws, they are not the same.

  • Mobile homes were built to the State Health and Safety Standards in existence prior to June 15, 1976.
  • Mobile homes have not been built since 1976. However, manufactured homes are still mistakenly referred to as mobile homes.  Sometimes these older homes are also called “coaches” or “trailers”.

If you currently live in an older home that is falling apart, let us replace it with a low priced pre-owned home!  We can help!  We will talk to your park manager or owner to determine the upgrade requirements for your existing home.  Many park owners and managers are more than willing to accept a replacement home because it improves the look of their park.

In these tough economic times you may opt to place a new or used manufactured home on a rental space in a park; usually the upfront costs are less.
